Titanium dioxide nanorods have been prepared by sol-gel template
method. The structural and surface morphology of the TiO₂ nanorods was
investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy
(AFM), it was found that the nanorods produced were anatase TiO₂ phase.
The photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 nanorods was evaluated by the
photo degradation of methyl orange (MO). The relatively higher
degradation efficiency for MO (D%=78.2) was obtained after 6h of exposed
to UV irradiation.

blood samples of two groups diabetic patient type 2 and non diabetes by ICP spectrometric
method. Results show the low levels of these elements Zn, Mn and Co while high level of Cu

Herein, a cost-effective bio approach using extract derived from desert truffles (Tirmania nivea) is utilized to synthesize gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). AuNPs were thoroughly investigated using UV–vis, XRD, SEM, and TEM analyses. It was shown that nanoparticles had an fcc structure with a smooth spherical surface, an average diameter of 9.44 ± 0.26 nm, and an SPR band observed at 548 nm. Investigations were conducted on AuNPs' antibacterial and anti-cancer properties of prostate cancer cells. The findings suggest that AuNPs showed better antibacterial effects against S. aureus compared to E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and K. pneumoniae.      The Mishrif and Yamama Formation are the main reservoirs in the Garraf oilfield, Nasiriyah city, of the Euphrates Subzone, Mesopotamian Basin, Southern Iraq. The Garraf oilfield structural pattern corresponds with the similar anticline forming the oilfields of Rafidain and Dujaila and is parallel to the main trend of Zagros, indicating simple coaxial deformation.

The petrophysical properties are evaluated using the Interactive Petrophysics V3.5 software. This comprises determining the lithology, mineralogy, and matrix for the investigated reservoirs, as estimating clay volume, total, effective, and secondary porosity, water saturation, permeability, and determining the net pay and gross thickness.
