Incremental forming is a flexible sheet metal forming process which is performed by utilizing simple tools to locally deform a sheet of metal along a predefined tool path without using of dies. This work presents the single point incremental forming process for producing pyramid geometry and studies the effect of tool geometry, tool diameter, and spindle speed on the residual stresses. In this work, the effect of variation of semi-angle of the conical part on the vibration characteristics of cylindrical-conical coupled structure is investigated. The shell is made of polyester resin reinforced by continuous E-glass fibers. The case is analyzed experimentally and numerically for orthotropic shell structures. In this work, study the optical properties of composites consisting of poly Methyl Methacrylate and Berry Paper Mulberry. The samples of composites were prepared using casting method .The Berry Paper Mulberry (BPM) was added by different concentrations are (0, 2, 4 and 6)wt.%.
