The e-news is one of the most important journalistic arts in new media (the Internet). The process of telling the story by the journalist is an important aspect of the communicative process between the users of the internet and the reporter. The electronic news is characterized by having text, fixed images, animations, videos and sound. All these give greater vitality to the communicative process and increase the semiotic dimensions. Also, it makes the narrative process more distinctive and embodied of the elements of the event. This research studies all these aspects and tries to show the distinction between the semiotics of narration and the electronic news.

         In this study, a bioadhesive dosage form of eoconazole nitrate for vaginal delivery was designed using a combination of bioadhesive polymers: Carbopol 941 p and sodium carboxymethylcellulose or methylcellulose in different ratios. The bioadhesive strength was evaluated by measuring the force required to detach the tablet from sheep vaginal mucosal membrane. It was found that the bioadhesive force was directly proportional to Carbopol 941 p content in the different formulae. A simple, environmental friendly and selective sample preparation technique employing porous membrane protected micro-solid phase extraction (μ-SPE) loaded with molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for the determination of ochratoxin A (OTA) is described. After the extraction, the analyte was desorbed using ultrasonication and was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of OTA for coffee, grape juice and urine were 0.06 ng g−1, 0.02 and 0.02 ng mL−1, respectively while the quantification limits were 0.19 ng g−1, 0.06 and 0.08 ng mL−1, respectively.
