A special type of contracts emerged in the beginning of the last century called the “unilateral contracts”. The side sparked a major jurisprudential dispute, as well as the issuance of several contradictory judicial rulings on it. Hence, this research came to highlight this special type of contract. Waters of some wells at Almuqdadea region Diyala province, east of Iraq have been

(Mg),Total Hardness (TH), Carbonate (Co3),Chloride (Cl), Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO3)
Phosphate (PO4) Sulfate (So4), in addition to the heavy metals such as Chromium (Cr),
Cadmium (Cd) Lead (Pb) & Iron (Fe). The mean concentration of the above factors in water
of wells at the above regions had been measured during the period from April to September
(2010).

Many approaches of different complexity already exist to edge detection in
color images. Nevertheless, the question remains of how different are the results
when employing computational costly techniques instead of simple ones. This
paper presents a comparative study on two approaches to color edge detection to
reduce noise in image. The approaches are based on the Sobel operator and the
Laplace operator. Furthermore, an efficient algorithm for implementing the two
