Background: Imprelon® Biostar foils are new alternative tray material that has become increasingly popular because oftheir several advantages. Also, (Duran®) is another type of Biostar foils which is used in splint therapy. Bacterial infections showed (41.11%), and infection with Trichomonas vaginalis was (2.03%). Ten isolates of C. albicans were chosen randomly for farther study which include two virulence factors tendency of adhesion wich showed a percentage of (52%) to(32%) , and the ability to produce phospholipaze enzyme and it’s activity which showed (50%) of the isolates have the ability to produce the enzyme in different degrees .

This study was carried out to determine the heavy metal accumulation of Juncus rigidus Desfontaines, 1798 from three different regions of the Basrah Province in Southern of Iraq. Specifically, the concentrations of lead, nickel, and cadmium were determined in the roots, culms and leaves of the plant. The results indicated that the highest accumulation of the heavy metal was recorded in lead (Pb) 12.50± 3.58 mg kg^-1and then in nickel (< 0.30). Nd2O3x) for values of (X=1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5 wt%) was used.
Measurements have been taken for the signal of fluorescence spectrum of Nd+3- glass
samples. The fluorescence spectrum, for one of the samples, has been taken, after the
sequences of polishing for the out surface.
The results give signal of fluorescence spectrum for the samples. Intensity of the peak of
the signal increases with Nd +3 concentration. The fluorescence at (l=1.06 mm) for one
of the samples has been detected and the fluorescence line width was (100 cm-1). The
