A 5-traverse 2D resistivity survey and 20 Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) points were carried out on Ile Epo Dump Site with a view to inferring the extent of migration of leachate plumes in the subsurface for possible contamination of groundwater. The surveys were carried out with Omega model resistivity meter. The Schlumberger configuration was employed for the VES while Wenner configuration was employed for the 2D resistivity survey (Constant Separation Techniques). In this study, we investigated the ability of nanoliposomes preparation, as a nanoadjuvant, to entrap soluble Leismania donovani antigens (SLAs) and release in vitro. The parasite reactivation was carried out when inoculated into Rosewell park memorial institute media (RPMI) and incubated at 23 °C for 4 days. L. donovani promastigote inoculum (104 cell / ml) of 4 days was used to inoculate modified medium of Saline - Neopeptone and Blood agar 9 (SNB 9) to produce promastigote mass. SLAs were extracted from the promastigotes ghost membrane after fourth passages of subculturing in SNB. The membrane pellet obtained was suspended in 5 mM Tris buffer (pH 7.6) and sonicated three times at 4 °C and entrapped in freshly prepared nanoliposomes.

The biological activity of vitex agnus castus L. was tested which including the following extracts: essential oil extract, methanol extract, (70%), ethanol extract( 70%), flavonoid extract and volatile oils extract were tested against many types of bacteria which are Staphylococus aureus , Bacillus pumilus, Escerichia coli,
Pseudomonas, Enterobacter and Streptococcus sp., The results of this study showed difference activity of these extracts .The flavonoid extract considers the best activities which gave inhibition zone (20) mm on E. coli, Pseudomonas ; Staphylococus aureus of (15) mm on Bacillus pumilus and (9) mm on Streptococcus sp. Ethanol extract gave inhibition zone (15) mm on Staphylococus aureus, (11) mm on Streptococcus sp. (
