The Effect of (Laccases, Lignin Peroxidases, Manganese Peroxidases Enzymes) on the Chemical Composition of Rough Fodder
...Show More Authors

Abstract The results of the effect of the type of feed showed a significant increase (P≤0.01) for palm fronds DM during the incubation period of 7, 14, 21 days, a high Mnp superiority in its incubation 14 days, and a significant superiority of Laccase in its incubation 21 days, while the effect of the enzyme concentration on DM was higher Significant at a concentration of 10% of the enzyme, and the interaction between the type of feed and the enzyme together showed a highly significant increase in the treated palm fronds Laccase and Lip in the incubation period of 7 days, and the treated palm fronds Mnp during incubation 14 days. %, 15% for the interaction between the type of coarse feed and the concentration of the enzyme on DM. The results showed a highly significant (P≤0.01) OM Lip increase during the 7-day incubation period, Mnp during the 14-day incubation period, and Laccase and Lip at the 21-day incubation period. The CP increased in palm fronds compared to yellow corn, and the results indicated a highly significant increase in the treatment Laccase and Mnp during the incubation period of 14 and 21 days.

The Effect of Cohesive Debonding Elimination on Enhancing the Flexural Performance of Damaged Unbonded Prestressed Concrete Girders Strengthened Using NSM CFRP
...Show More Authors

This manuscript studied the effect of U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorage on the flexural performance of unbonded post-tensioned PC members subjected to partial strand damage and strengthened using CFRP Near-Surface Mounting techniques. The program includes six girders as a control girder, a girder with strand damage of 14.2%, and four girders strengthened by CFRP laminates using the NSM technique with and without U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorages. The testing results show that the strand damage of 14.2% has reduced the flexural strength of the girder by 5.71%. The NSM-CFRP laminate has a significant effect on flexural strength by 17.4%. On the other hand, the application of end U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorages improves flexural

Chemical Characterization and Pharmacological Evaluation of Phytophenols-Etodolac Mutual Prodrugs
...Show More Authors

Etodolac is choice of drug for pain and inflammation but has major side effects of gastric ulcers that are due to free carboxylic group. Etodolac belongs to the chemical class of non-selective COX-inhibitor but preferentially COX-2 inhibitor. Here the ester linked mutual prodrugs of etodolac with phytophenols like vanillin, carvacrol, umbelliferone, guaiacol, sesamol and syringaldehyde were synthesized. All the prodrugs were characterized by IR-spectroscopy, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and mass spectrometry. Among the synthesized prodrugs, the Eto-van, Eto-umbe, Eto-sesa and Eto-syr showed improved analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity compared to etodolac. All the synthesized prodrugs showed less ulcerogenic side effects co

Nano MgO catalyst for chemical depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
...Show More Authors

This paper focuses firstly on the production of monomers bis (2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) and oligomers by using two different form of MgO light active and Nano Magnesium oxide with different weight ratio (0.15, 0.25 and 0.5) by using chemical recycling glass condenser at 190 ˚C. The second purpose is to study the effect of catalyst ratio, time of reaction and yield of products of the product. Elemental analysis for Carbon –Hydrogen and Nitrogen (CHN), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) have been investigated. Results indicated the catalytic activity was found to correlate with surface area; however, LA MgO has shown an exceptional activity, still it is h

Characterization of CdS quantum dots prepared by a Chemical Method
...Show More Authors

The CdS quantum dots were prepared by chemical reaction
of cadmium oleylamine (Cd –oleylamine complex) with the
sulfite-oleylamine (S-oleylamine) with 1:6 mole ratios. The
optical properties structure and spectroscopy of the product
quantum dot were studied. The results show the dependence of the
optical properties on the crystal dimension and the formation of
the trap states in the energy band gap.

Structural Properties of Prepared PANI/TiO2 Nanocomposite by Chemical Polymerization
...Show More Authors

A progression of Polyaniline (PANI) and Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by an in-situ polymerization strategy within the sight of TiO2 NPs. The subsequent nanocomposites were analyzed using Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDX) taken for the prepared samples. PANI/TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by various compound materials (with H2SO4 0.3 M and without it, to compare the outcome of it) by the compound oxidation technique using ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant within the sight of ultrafine grade powder of TiO2 cooled in an ice bath.

The Effect of Viral Marketing Technologies on Consumer Behavior _ A survey of a sample of students from the college of administration and economics
...Show More Authors

Abstract:

Viral marketing has become one of the modern strategies adopted by organizations in the marketing of products and services. The idea of viral marketing focuses on the social relations between individuals and groups. As a result of the technological development, most organizations have resorted to using the Internet and its applications and social media to market and promote their products. To reach the largest number of consumers to display their products and services in many ways, including text, audio, visual or video and thus affect the behavior of the consumer.

The problem of the study was the following question (do viral marketing technologies have an impact on consumer behavior?)

The study of some physical and chemical characteristics in drinking water treatment plant of Jurf Al- Sakar subdestric in Babylon governorate, Iraq
...Show More Authors

Some physical and chemical characteristics of Jurf Al- Sakar drinking water plant in Babylon governorate have been studied. Seven locations for this plant were selected. These were the drinking water treatment plant source on Euphrates River before entering the plant, precipitation, filtration and collection tanks, and also after leaving the plant at distances of one meter, 4 and 8 km. The samples were collected bimonthly from October, 2002 to August, 2003. Some results match with the national and international standard characters while the other characters (Turbidity, total hardness, calcium, nitrate, phosphate and the biological oxygen demand values) were not match. The present study showed that drinking water treatment plant is undrinka
