Oxazine and quinazoline has a very important in organic chemistry especially in hetero cyclic fields. this research consist the preparation of 4H,4'H-2,2'-bibenzo[d][1,3]oxazine-4,4'-dione compound (1) from di acid chloride with 2-aminobenzoic acid in pyridine as solvent to give compound (2) 3,3'-diamino-2,2'- biquinazoline-4,4'(3H,3'H)-dione .compound 2 include free amino group .this compound was reacted with maleic and phthalic anhydride for synthesized of cyclic imide compounds (3,4).another reaction for compound 2 with some substituted aromatic aldehyde for prepared of some novel Schiff bases (5-9) contains quinazoline ring. compound 1 was treated with sulfathiazole and sulfadiazine for synthesized of sulfa compounds contains sulfone amide groups (10,11).compounds (12,14) were prepared from the reaction of 4H,4'H-2,2'-bibenzo[d][1,3]oxazine-4,4'-dione with some primary amine p-aminoacetophenone ,p-amino acetanilide to product of (12,13) but compound 14 was prepared from reaction of of compound 1 with 3-amino-2-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one to give compound 14 consist four rings of quinazoline. all synthesized compounds were measured for antibacterial activity and the structures of quinaolines were confirmed by thin layer chromatography, melting points ,Fourier transform infrared, H-NMR, elemental analyzer.
The new of compounds synthesized by sequence reactions starting from a reaction of 3-phenylenediamine or 4-phenylenediamine with chloroacetyl chloride to produce the compounds [I]a,b, then the compounds[I]a,b reacted with sodium azide to yield compounds[II]a,b that reacted 1,3-dipolarcycloaddition reaction with acrylic acid to give compounds [III]a,b these compounds reacted with methanol led to ester compounds[IV]a,b then reacted with hydrazine to give acid hydrazide [V]a,b . Finally compounds [V]a,b reacted with aromatic aldehydes to product shiff bases derivatives. The compounds characterized by mp. , IR, 1HNMR in addition to mass spectroscopy for some of them the liquid crystals properties were studied by using polarized optical microsco

Analytical data revealed that six complexes were a distorted tetrahedral geometry and exhibited (1:1) metal :ligand ratio. The biological activity for the three ligands and its complexes were studied
Rheumatoid arthritis is an inflammatory chronic disease with an autoimmune pathogenesis. To determine the role of Helicobacter pylori as a trigger agent, twenty five patients with rheumatoid arthritis of ages (15-47) years have been investigated and compared with twenty healthy individuals. All the studied groups were carried out to measure the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) IgM, anti-CCP antibody IgG and IgA by ELISA test and by measured anti-IgG antibody level of H. pylori by using ELISA and IFAT techniques. The present study showed significant differences (P< 0.05) of anti-H. Pylori in sera of RA patients than control group, this lead to suggest that H. pylori had a role in pathogenesis of RA.
The relationship between chronic hepatitis B virus and Helicobacter pylori infection was evaluated to determine, seventy five patients with chronic hepatitis B infection (8-70 years) were investigated. The results were compared with the results of 50 healthy volunteers. Anti-H. pylori antibodies IgA and IgG were measured by Indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) in sera of patients and healthy groups. The percentage of anti-H.pylori IgA antibodies (26.67%) were significantly (P<0.01) higher than healthy control group. While, no significant difference was found between the percentages of anti-H. pylori IgG antibodies (48 %) in patient sera and these kind of antibodies in sera of healthy control group (P > 0.05). The present results indica

Trivalent chromium complex, chromium picolinate (CrPic), is mostly utilized to regulate glucose and raise insulin sensitivity—particularly in diabetes. The objective of this study was to assess the renoprotective effects of Chromium in mitigating nephrotoxicity induced by Methotrexate in rats. Study conducted on 32 male rats divided into 4 groups; Group I (Control group) in which rats received distilled water orally for 8 days, Group II (Induction group) which received a single intraperitoneal injection of Methotrexate (20 mg/kg) on

Then condensation of polyacryloyl chloride with the product in one step (A-E), in a suitable solvent in the presence amount of (Et3N) to obtain new polyimides(A1-E5). The prepared compounds were characterized by UV. FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and measuring of other physical properties such as softening point, melting point and solublities.
Chromene is considered a fused pyran ring with a benzene ring, which is found in many plants and is part of many important compounds such as anthocyanidins, anthocyanins, catechins, and flavanones. These compounds are included under the headings "flavonoids" and "isoflavonoids." These compounds are well known as bioactive molecules with wide medicinal uses. According to these pharmacokinetic characteristics, many researchers are giving more attention to this type of compound and its derivatives. Many chromene derivatives have been synthesized to study their biological effects for the treatment of many diseases. Furthermore, the researcher displayed wide interest in finding new methods for synthesizing chromene derivatives. These met
