The 2D imaging survey was carried out using Wenner-Schlumberger array through (11) 2D survey lines distributed within and out of Abu-Jir fault zone, Southwest of Karbala City, central Iraq. The aim is to delineate subsurface fractures density. The total length of each 2D survey line is (600m.) with the unit electrode spacing (a) equals to (10m.).The results showed two types of fractures zones. The first type is formed by dissolution process of carbonate rocks, while the second fractures zone is formed from tectonic movements, and it includes two types of fractures system, oblique and vertical fractures.

: The terrestrial snail Eobania vermiculata (O. F. Müller, 1774) were collected from three station in Baghdad Al- Karkh, Iraq between the period from June 2016 to July 2017. This present study demonstrated that liver was involved in 14 %of typhoid patients manifesting with hepatomegaly. Elevation of serum enzymes in typhoid fever was presumably of a muscular origin, while elevation of liver enzyme was relatively less common. This study was performed on 30 female patients diagnosed by ultrasound (US) of abdomen, with paratyphoid A, ranged between (20-40) years compared with 30 healthy control .Patients volunteers were treated with appropriate antibiotics for 14 days and investigations were repeated 2-3 week after completion of treatment. Drilling is an expensive operation including the cost of equipment and material used during the penetration of rock plus crew efforts in order to finish the well without serious problems. Besides providing bright colors, some natural pigments have shown notable antimicrobial activity; thus, they could be utilized as functional dyes in many applications such as making colored antimicrobial textiles. In this work, a yellow pigment produced by Streptomyces thinghirensis AF7 and has a notable antimicrobial activity was used to produce a colored antimicrobial textile.
