The research aims to explain the stage of recording Qur’anic readings in the blogs and writings of other sciences until it reached an independent, integrated science based on its principles, for which separate books were devoted to it, because of the necessity of highlighting that stage in which the science of Qur’anic readings overlapped with the blogs of other sciences. Because it relates to the gradual maturity of this science and its historical paths, the goal of the research is achieved by answering questions, the most important of which are: What are the science records in which Quranic readings were found, and what are the books that were unique to writing about this science. Average interstellar extinction curves for Galaxy and Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) over the range of wavelengths (1100 A0 – 3200 A0) were obtained from observations via IUE satellite. The two extinctions of our galaxy and LMC are normalized to Av=0 and E (B-V)=1, to meat standard criteria. It is found that the differences between the two extinction curves appeared obviously at the middle and far ultraviolet regions due to the presence of different populations of small grains, which have very little contribution at longer wavelengths. Using new IUE-Reduction techniques lead to more accurate result.

Through an experimental program of eighteen specimens presented in this paper, the bond strength between reinforcing bar and rubberized concrete was produced by adding waste tire rubber instead of natural aggregate. The fine and coarse aggregate was replaced in 0%, 25%, and 50% with the small pieces of a waste tire. Natural aggregate replacement ratio, rebar size, embedded rebar length, the rebar yield stress of rebar, cover, and concrete compressive strength were studied in this investigation.
