This paper presents a hybrid genetic algorithm (hGA) for optimizing the maximum likelihood function ln(L(phi(1),theta(1)))of the mixed model ARMA(1,1). The presented hybrid genetic algorithm (hGA) couples two processes: the canonical genetic algorithm (cGA) composed of three main steps: selection, local recombination and mutation, with the local search algorithm represent by steepest descent algorithm (sDA) which is defined by three basic parameters: frequency, probability, and number of local search iterations. The experimental design is based on simulating the cGA, hGA, and sDA algorithms with different values of model parameters, and sample size(n). The study contains comparison among these algorithms depending on MSE value. One can conclude that (hGA) can give good estimators (phi(1),theta(1)) of ARMA(1,1)parameters and more reliable than estimators obtained by cGA and SDA algorithm
This research aimed at recognizing the properties of curricula that fitted to preeminent and talent students. Many types of these curricula were exposed, enrichment curriculum was explained as one of alternatives of available curricula.
The research used the analytical methodology for local and international literature in the field of preeminent and talent education to meet the properties of curricula that fitted to this special group of students. Many results was obtained as:
• This type of school enrichment curriculum consists of three levels( general discovery activities, individual and groups training activities, and individual or groups real problems).
• Investigation the effectively both sides of brain: right and left,
Obtaining the computational models for the functioning of the brain gives us a chance to understand the brain functionality thoroughly. This would help the development of better treatments for neurological illnesses and disorders. We created a cortical model using Python language using the Brian simulator. The Brian simulator is specialized in simulating the neuronal connections and synaptic interconnections. The dynamic connection model has multiple parameters in order to ensure an accurate simulation (Bowman, 2016). We concentrated on the connection weights and studied their effect on the interactivity and connectivity of the cortical neurons in the same cortical layer and across multiple layers. As synchronization helps us to mea

But by the new decade of the second millennium, the television medium and mainly (drama) became looking for that paradigm shift in the aesthetic formal innovative fields and the advanced expressive performative fields that enable it to develop in treating what was impossible to visualize previously. This relationship is useful in predicting the BOD value using the COD value. The second part includes analyzing collected data from the same site in order to find a relationsip between BOD and other parameters COD, Phenol(phe), Temperature(T), Oil, Sulphat(SO4),pH and Total dissolved solids( TDS) discharged from the refinery. The results indicated that th

Managing a sewer network requires various types of activities so the network can be able to achieve a certain level of performance. During the lifetime of the network various components will start to deteriorate leading to bad performance and can damage the infrastructure. The main objective of this research is to develop deterioration models to provide an assessment tool for determining the serviceability of the sewer networks in Baghdad city the Zeppelin line was selected as a case study, as well as to give top management authorities the appropriate decision making. The raw materials are:Natural leather includes cowhide, whether imported or local, buffalo leather, lamb leather, goat skin, chamois (raw materials made from natural leather), polished leather (raw materials made from natural leather), artificial leather (skai), supplements which include: (cuffs - Clocks - hands - pockets), and threads. This model was built after testing and determining the distribution of demand during the supply period (waiting period) for each material and completely independently from the rest of the materials, as none of the above mate
