Background: Absolute neutropenia in hematological malignancies remains the single most important risk factor for infection, which can be fatal and requires urgent management including radiological procedures and treatment.
Objectives: To compare computerized tomography (CT) of the chest with chest radiology (CXR) in the assessment of febrile neutropenic patients with hematologic malignancy.
Patients and methods: A prospective study, carried out in the hematological ward, Baghdad teaching hospital, for the period from 1stApril 2011to 30thApril 2012.It included 46 neutropenic febrile patients .All had chest X-ray (CXR) and computerized tomography (CT) of the chest.

The current research aimed to investigate the psychometric characteristics of the Arabic version of the Nomophobia scale for the Omani youth. The scale was administered to a random sample of students from public and private universities and colleges in Oman. The research sample consisted of 2507 students, of whom 868 males and 1639 females. The validity of the measure was first checked by presenting the scale to a group of experts in this field. Then the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out. The exploratory factor analysis revealed the existence of three main factors: the fear of connectivity loss, the fear of communication loss with others, and the fear of network outages.    This research includes the histochemical study of the cestode, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi in order to determine location and concentration of the polymorphism of the calcareous corpuscles in different tissues and organs of  the above mentioned cestode. In general, it was noticed abundance polymorphism in calcareous corpuscles, which appeared in the shape of spread clusters, oval structures and floats in location in biological units such as longitudinal muscles, mesenchymal tissue and reproductive organs.
