It is known that each game or sports activity should have Physical capabilities and motor skills, which is important to determine the level of technical performance where the abilities of the game contribute to mastering skills. The significance of the research in determining the standard levels of physical and motor abilities of the football players to help young professionals and the sponsors to increase the efficiency of these capabilities and thus raise the level of performance. The research aims identify the most important physical and motor abilities of football players aged 14-15 years and Set standard levels of physical and motor fitness tests for footballers aged 14-15 years. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method due to its suitability for the problem and objectives of the research. The research community determined the 55-year-old, specialized school footballers aged 14-15, and the tests were a research to The researchers used the appropriate statistical means to process the data. The results were as follows: The most important physical and motor abilities required by football beginners are flexibility, speed, speed and agility. This study was conducted in Animal Resources Department , College of Agriculture to estimate the effect of chemical and biological treatments to improve the nutritive value of poor quality roughages ( corn cobs and wild reed ) . The feeds were treated chemically with 4% NaoH solution ,whereas Aspergillus niger was used to ferment corn cobs and wild reed samples . The chemical analysis showed that protein percentages of corn cobs and wild reed was increased significantly (P<0.05) from 6.05% to 10.51% and 17.70% and from 3.10 %to 6.50% and 9.96% for both chemical and biological treatments respectively.
