The research community for people with minor mental disabilities determines the male category of the mental and social disability institutes and the Special Olympics Union in the province of Baghdad for the period 2017-2018, who are 12-15 years of age and 6-9 years of mental age, (97), representing 12 institutes, as well as the Special Olympics Union. After obtaining the results and processing them statistically, the researcher reached two conclusions: The tests of handling skills were applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, National Institute for People with Simple Mental Disabilities, Which, along with the rest of the tests to select the players of the Iraqi national team for people with mental disabilities simple in the Special Olympics Union, technical results of the tests by setting standards for it to be later a test and useful in the calendar and comparison. The research recommendations focused on the adoption of the skills of Passing in the continuous evaluation process, and the use of its criteria during the selection process.

In this paper solar radiation was studied over a region of Baghdad (Latitude 33.3o and longitude 44.4o). The two parts of global solar radiation: diffuse and direct solar radiation were estimated depending on the clearance index of measured data (Average Monthly mean global solar radiation). Metrological data of measured (average monthly mean diffuse and direct solar radiation) were used to comparison the results and show the agreement between them. An innovative two-step noncatalytic esterifcation technique was proposed to synthesize alkyl esters from free fatty acids simulated in waste cooking oil, as a pretreatment process for biodiesel production, without adding any catalyst under normal conditions of pressure and temperature. The efect of methanol:oil molar ratio, reaction time, mixing rate, and reaction temperature were investigated.
