يعد موضوع الثورات العربية من الموضوعات التي تحظى بأهمية كبيرة على المستويين الاقليمي والدولي، لذا فقد طورت مؤسسات الابحاث الدولية ومراكز صنع القرار السياسي والاستراتيجي الاطر والمفاهيم الجديدة في مجال السياسة الدولية، نظرا للتطورات التي شهدتها المنطقة العربية والتي استدعت التطرق الى مجموعة من المفاهيم النظرية ذات العلاقة الوثيقة بما هو حاصل في المنطقة العربية من تغييرات مما تطلب الامر البحث والتدقيق ومناقشة هذه المفاهيم والمقاربات النظرية، وذلك من خلال المتابعة الدقيقة لحالة الدول العربية التي حدثت فيها الثورات العربية التي توضح لنا بان الثورات العربية في هذه الدول استهدفت بالدرجة الاساس انهيار نظم سياسية قائمة واعادة بناء نظم اخرى، وهذا ما تؤكده الشعارات التي تبلورت تحت عنوان( الشعب يريد اسقاط النظام)، لذلك فأن فكرة البحث الاساس سوف تركز على دراسة مدى فاعلية وتأثير الثورات العربية على طبيعة الانظمة الحاكمة في المنطقة العربية وانعكاساتها المستقبلية في اعادة صياغة خارطة توازنات جديدة تسهم في ترتيب محصلة علاقات تفاعلية جديدة وبرز ادوار لفاعلين جدد ضمن اطار معادلة الترتيبات الاقليمية والدولية في المنطقة العربية مما يعزز الاطروحات والخيارات الاستراتيجية المرتكزة الى حقيقة اساسية الا وهي كيفية التعامل مع هذه الثورات العربية في المستقبل المنظور.
There are a lot of measures for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), but what distinguishes it from other measures is the number of short paragraphs and concise depending on the classification of American Psychiatric Association (APA), which can be applied by the researchers on a large number, Because the Iraqi society suffered from psychological trauma due to wars, conflicts and occupation and the resulting psychological disorders of the members of Iraqi society, especially post-traumatic stress disorder, as mentioned by many studies and researches.
Therefore, the aim of this study was to standardize the PTSD scale for students at Baghdad University. For the Psychologist Fua . E. which was applied in many foreign studies.
Influence of metal nanoparticles synthesized by microorganisms upon soil-borne microscopic fungus Aspergillus terreus K-8 was studied. It was established that the metal nanoparticles synthesized by microorganisms affect the enzymatic activity of the studied culture. Silver nanoparticles lead to a decrease in cellulase activity and completely suppress the amylase activity of the fungus, while copper nanoparticles completely inhibit the activity of both the cellulase complex and amylase. The obtained results imply that the large-scale use of silver and copper nanoparticles may disrupt biological processes in the soil and cause change in the physiological and biochemical state of soil-borne microorganisms as well.
A characteristic study of a passively Q-switched diode pumped solid state laser system is presented in this work. For laser a comparison study for the theoretically calculated results with a simulation results using a software which calculates the Q-switched solid state laser parameters was such as energy, peak power and pulse width were performed. There was a good agreement between our theoretical calculations and the simulation values.
The effected of the long transmission line (TL) between the actuator and the hydraulic control valve sometimes essentials. The study is concerned with modeling the TL which carries the oil from the electro-hydraulic servovalve to the actuator. In this work, the effect of partial amounts of gases in gas mixture of a CW CO2 laser on the output power was investigated. Also their effect on the condition determining the glow-discharge self-sustaining required for pumping the active medium was studied. Two fit relations were derived to predict the output laser power and the electric field to unit pressure ratio as functions to the partial amounts of gases. Results presented in this work could be used fruitfully to determine some of the optimum operational conditions of glow-discharge low-power CW CO2 lasers.
In this work, 332 Al alloy was prepared and reinforced with (0.5% and 1%) nano-Al2O3 particles. The prepared unreinforced and reinforced 332 Al alloy with nano-Al2O3 were solution heat treated (T6) at 510 ̊C and aged at 225 ̊C with different times (1, 3, and 5 h). Hardness test was performed on all the prepared alloys. All prepared alloys were dry slided under different applied loads (5, 10, 15, and 20 N) against steel counterface surface using pin on disk apparatus. The study was performed by using finite element method with bilinear isotropic material option, circular type voids were considered. The closure index was able to predict the minimum press force necessary to consolidate voids and the reduction. The simulation was carried out, on circular cross-section lead specials containing a central void of different size. At a time with a flat die, different ratio of inside to outside radius was taken with different speed to find the best result of void closure.
Cadmium sulphide CdS films with 200 nm have been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate at substrate room temperature under vacuum of 10-5mbar.In this paper, the effect of Dielectric Barrier Discharge plasma on the optical properties of the CdS film. The prepared films were exposed to different time intervals (0, 3, 5, 8) min.
