The present paper focuses on studying a rhetorical form often used in Spanish linguistic discourse .It also examines the study two sides (theoretical and practical), the concept of metaphor, the most important modern school that deals with this issue, the development of this technique and its relationship with other intellectual ideologies, and the role metaphor plays in interpreting the meaning of the linguistic discourse especially in conveying political message. Our research comes to shed light on Iraqi literature as literature that arose in special circumstances alongside foreign literature. Using comparative research methods, we chose to highlight two distinguished writers, who have their mark in the world of literature. The first is the Iraqi writer Maysaloun Hadi, who is considered an icon of Iraqi feminist literature, and the second is the French writer Le Clézieu, who won the Nobel in 2008. We will see through the research how the two authors expressed their views of modernity and urbanism. And how each of them separately portrayed the psychological and moral projections that formed the essence of man today.

الخلاصة من خلال قراءتنا للنص القرآني على يد روبين توضحت امامنا الكثير من الحقائق واستطعنا ان نجدها حصراً . 1 – ان النص القرآني كما هو معروف هو صورة بلاغية تحتوي على العديد من الدلالات التي يصعب على المترجم نقلها بالتفصيل ما لم يكن هو من اصل الحضارة . 2 – لقد اتسمت الترجمة على العموم بأنها ترجمة مضمونية وان الكثير من الآيات الكريمة لم تترجم بشكل دقيق سوى ان فيها التبسيط وهذا يعني انها ترجمة بتصرف ، و

لا يخفى على الجميع من ان الفرد العربي يعاني من ضعف الوعي بالذات الوعي السياسي ، مما جعل الدولة و اهمية وجودها و المحافظة على مؤسساتها ليست ضمن اهتماماته مما جعل الباحثين يتساءلون عن امكانية  تعزيزه و مدى تأثير ذلك على مستقبل بناء الدولة العربية المعاصرة  ، لذلك حاولت الدراسة تناول موضوع الوعي المجتمعي وأثره في بناء الدولة من خلال رؤية فكرية واضحة المعالم، مزجت بين ما هو اجتماعي وسياسي لتحديد مفهوم الوعي
