Abstract:
This research deals with two topice of the modern stylistic topics among
.It attempts to give answers on them .the contemporary Arab scholars
The first topic: The application of modern western stylistics on the
Quraanic text.
The second topic: The roots of stylistics in the Arabic rhetoric history.

This study objective is to identify the visual pollution in Karrada district main streets as an example of main streets in Baghdad, the public opinion about each pollutants, solutions to reduce and eliminate the pollution were suggested as well. In order to accomplish this objective different methods were used, 16 pollutants were selected, pictures of each pollutants were taken and a questioner were distributed randomly for 270 people to evaluate the public opinion with statistical methods. Garbage, their disposal and storage areas took the first two places as the highest offensive pollutants. Previous methods have shown that handcrafted rules interpolated in neural network architecture are a promising method for this task. The process of telling the story by the journalist is an important aspect of the communicative process between the users of the internet and the reporter. The electronic news is characterized by having text, fixed images, animations, videos and sound. All these give greater vitality to the communicative process and increase the semiotic dimensions.
