The current research aims to examine the effect of the rapid learning method in developing creative thinking among second-grade female students in the subject of history. Thus, the researcher has adopted an experimental design of two groups to suit the nature of the research. The sample of the study consists of (36) randomly selected students from Al-Shafaq Secondary School for Women, which are divided randomly into two groups. The research aims to identify the degree of crystallized intelligence among Intermediate School Female Students , and the research sample reached (200) students. The two researchers used the crystallized intelligence test tool prepared by Dr. (Morsi, 2001), The use of words and their meanings (linguistic outcome), abstract thinking, the acquisition of general information and experiences in daily life, the use of numbers and their sequence, mathematical thinking). The main problem of this research is the delay of implementation of the investment plan projects for the period (2013-2016) and the weakness of the staff ability in the ministries and they don’t have the sufficient experience to carry out the implementation process.
