This research studies the influence of water source on the compressive strength of high strength concrete. Four types of water source were adopted in both mixing and curing process these are river, tap, well and drainage water (all from Iraq-Diyala governorate). Chemical analysis was carried out for all types of the used water including (pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), Turbidity, chloride, total suspended solid (TSS), and sulfates). Depending on the chemical analysis results, it was found that for all adopted sources the chemical compositions was within the ASTM C 1602/C 1602M-04 limits and can be satisfactorily used in concrete mixtures. Mixture of high strength concrete for compressive strength of (60 MPa) was designed and checked using water-to-cement ratio of 0.37, 400.5 kg cement with 10% replacement of SF (Silica Fume), 607 kg sand, 1147 kg gravel and 0.85 lit /100 kg of cement of SP (Supper Plasticizer). Five ages were adopted to measure the compressive strength these are (7, 14, 28, 60, 90 and 120) days. The results indicated that the strength of concrete at different ages was affected by the adopted water source especially on the period (28-90) days. There was a reduction on the compressive strength varies between ( - 3 5.8) % and (3-1.5) % for both river and well water source which is belong to the effect of chlorides.
Since the beginning of Philosophical thinking, philosophers had interested in matters that related to psychology. Greek philosophy had sought different psychological cases such as knowledge, thought, sense, and cognition. Plato classified cognitive processes and distinguished between intelligence, emotions, and desires. As Aristotle believed that soul is the essence of human beings that characterize it from other creatures. Regarding the European philosophy, Descartes linked the optics field to psychology that comprises theories about visual perception. Then, john Watson who interested in behaviorism, he believes that the interpretation of behavior will be materialistic. However, the evolutionary view had great effect on psychology that

Rifampicin is the drug of choice in treatment of tuberculosis. Also, it is effective in treatment of various bacterial infections. This study was carried out to prepare a stable suspension for rifampicin through preparation of different formulas of rifampicin aqueous suspension either as ready to use or as granular powder to be reconstituted. The selected formula (A) was evaluated and compared with commercial brand of rifampicin (Rifactine®) as a reference through measuring their dissolution rates and other physical properties. The results indicated that the selected formula had better dissolution rate compared with the reference suspension and the rheogram showed that the selected formula was less

Because knowledge is honored with the honor of its owner and related to it, and the science of interpretation is related to the Book of God, and from this importance emerges the importance of writing on a subject (from the terms of social organization in the Holy Qur’an); Because it deals with a matter that is considered a necessity in a place, and I called the research (from the terms of social organization in the Holy Qur’an - an analytical study), and the reason for choosing this topic was to clarify those terms and link them to our contemporary reality in order for them to be beacons of guidance and guidance for thos

Literature survey available so far revealed that there was no studies about Iraqi wild Awsaj phytosterols especially B-sitosterol, there for the objective of this study was to examine the efficiency of ultrasound assisted extraction (probe and bath) as compared to the conventional (Soxhlet) extraction method for extraction of phytosterols especially B-sitosterol from fruits, leaves, stems and roots of Iraqi wild Awsaj plant. This goal was achieved by comparing the extraction mass yield, also by a quick and easy approach for identification and quantification of bioac

Starting from ?-D glucose which was converted to per acetylated ?-D gluco pyronoside then converted to active from(1-Bromo Sugar (2) as a sugar moiety. The base moiety 2-substituted benzimidazole was prepared from condensation of phenylene diamine with different aromatic aldehydes, which were subjected to amino alkylation via Mannich reaction forming new nucleobase derivatives. Condensation of nucleobase with bromo sugar through nucleophilic substitution of anomeric carbon with nitrogen forming new protected nucleoside analogues then hydrolyzed with sodium methoxide in methanol to obtain our target, the free nucleoside analogues. All prepared compound were identified b

Evaluating the potency of these therapy courses has drawn particular attention in health practice. This observational study aimed to assess the efficacy of Remdesivir and Favipiravir drugs compared to the standard care patients in COVID-19 confirmed patients. One hundred twenty-seven patients showed the disease at different stages, and one hundred and fifty patients received only standard care as a control group were included in this study. Patients under the Remdesivir therapy protocol were (62.20%); meanwhile, there (30.71
