A New Strategy Based on GSABAT to Solve Single Objective Optimization Problem

This article proposes a new strategy based on a hybrid method that combines the gravitational search algorithm (GSA) with the bat algorithm (BAT) to solve a single-objective optimization problem. It first runs GSA, followed by BAT as the second step. The proposed approach relies on a parameter between 0 and 1 to address the problem of falling into local research because the lack of a local search mechanism increases intensity search, whereas diversity remains high and easily falls into the local optimum. The improvement is equivalent to the speed of the original BAT. Access speed is increased for the best solution. All solutions in the population are updated before the end of the operation of the proposed algorithm. The diversification feature of BAT has solved the problem of weakness in diversity observed in the algorithm by applying the parameters used in BAT. Moreover, balance is achieved through the intensification properties of the algorithms.

Detection of Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) for Genes Cause Drug-Resistant in Iraqi Mycobacterium Tuberculosis isolates by new Pyrophosphate Technique.

In this search, a new pyrophosphate technique was proved. The technique was employed to single- nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), which diagnosis using a one-base extension reaction. Three Mycobacterium tuberculosis genes were chosen (Rpob, InhA, KatG) genes. Fifty-four specimens were used in this study fifty-three proved as drug-resistant specimens by The Iraqi Institute of Chest and Respiratory Diseases in Baghdad.; also one specimen was used as a negative control. Cytokines play a prominent role in etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and one of these cytokines is interleukin-1β (IL-1β). The association between IL1B gene single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP: rs16944) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in a sample of Iraqi patients was investigated. Fifty-one RA patients (21 males and 30 females) were enrolled and their age range was 20 - 63 years (44.9 ± 1.5 years). The Optimal Control Problem for Triple Nonlinear Parabolic Boundary Value Problem with State Vector Constraints

       In this paper, the classical continuous triple optimal control problem (CCTOCP) for the triple nonlinear parabolic boundary value problem (TNLPBVP) with state vector constraints (SVCs) is studied.  The solvability theorem for the classical continuous triple optimal control vector CCTOCV with the SVCs is stated and proved. This is done under suitable conditions. The mathematical formulation of the adjoint triple boundary value problem (ATHBVP) associated with TNLPBVP is discovered. The Fréchet derivative of the Hamiltonian" is derived.  Under suitable conditions, theorems of necessary  and sufficient conditions for the optimality of the TNLPBVP with the SVCs are stated and proved.

Chemical bath deposition of single crystal SnS nanobelts on glass substrates

SnS nanobelt thin films were deposited on glass substrates in acidic solution by chemical bath deposition (CBD) method. The belt-like morphologies of as-deposited SnS thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman measurements were carried out to confirm the crystal structures and phase purities of SnS nanobelt thin films. The morphologies and phase purities of SnS thin films were influenced greatly by the tin and sulfur precursors.
