Synthesis, Structural, Morphological Characterization, and Cytotoxicity Assays of Metal Complexes Decorated SiO2 Nanoparticles Against Breast Cancer Cell Lines (MDA-MB-231)

في هذا البحث تم تحضير المركبات المعدنية الجديدة لأيونات البلاتين (الرباعي) و الذهب (الثلاثي) مع ليكاند قاعدة مانخ جديد مشتق من السيبروفلوكساسين . تم استخدام المعقدات بعد ذلك كمصدر  لتحضير جزيئات                              عن طريق ترسيب المعقدات على مسام دقائق السيليكا النانوية.                                                                      Si/Au2O3 Si/PtO2  تم تشخيص الليكاند و معقداته باستخدام أطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء، الاشعة فوق البنفسجية ، التحليل الدقيق للعناصر، التوصيلية المولارية و درجة الانصهارمن النتائج تبين ان الصيغة العامة للمعقدات هي  :                                                                                                       ، والشكل ثماني السطوح                                   n= 1,2, L= ليكاند قاعدة مانخ, M = Au(III) ,Pt(IV), [M(L)2Cl2] Cl(n).H2O   تم تشخيص التركيب الكيميائي و المورفولوجي لدقائق الاكاسيد النانوية باستخدام أطياف الاشعة تحت الحمراء، حيود الاشعة السينية ، المجهر الالكتروني الماسح ، المجهر الالكتروني النافذ و مجهر القوة الذرية. في الخطوة التالية ، تم اختبار الليكاند و معقداته و الاكاسيد النانوية كعامل مضاد للسرطان لخطوط خلايا سرطان الثدي .  اظهرت النتائج أن المعقدات  والاكاسيد النانوية واعدة أكثر بأن تستخدم كمضادات للسرطان في المستقبل خاصة عند التراكيز العالية  .

Structural and morphological study of nanostructured n-type silicon

In this study, investigations of structural properties of n-type porous silicon prepared by laser assisted-electrochemical etching were demonstrated. The Photo- electrochemical Etching technique, (PEC) was used to produce porous silicon for n-type with orientation of (111). X-ray diffraction studies showed distinct variations between the fresh silicon surface and the synthesized porous silicon surfaces. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis was used to study the morphology of porous silicon layer. New metal ion complexes were synthesized with the general formula; K[PtLCl4], [ReLCl4] and K[ML(Cl)2] where M = Pd(II), Cd(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II), from the Azo ligand (HL) [2-Hydroxy-3-((5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)diazenyl)-1-naphth aldehyde] (HL) the ligand was synthesized from (2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde) and (5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol). The ligand and its metal complexes are characterized by phisco- chemical spectroscopic techniques (FT.IR, UV-Vis and Mass spectra, elemental analysis, molar conductivity, Atomic Absorption, Chloride contain and magnetic susceptibility). A new set of metal complexes by the general formula [M(C)2(H2O)2]Cl2 has been prepared through the interaction of the new Ligand [N1, N4-bis(4-chlorophenyl)succinamide] (C) derived from succinyl chloride with 4-Chloroaniline with the transition metal ions Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Hg(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II). Compounds diagnosed by TGA, 1 H, 13CNMR and Mass spectra (for (C)), Fourier-transform infrared and Electronic spectrum, Magnetic measurement, molar conduct, (%M, %C, %H, %N). Structural Analysis of Chemical and Green Synthesis of CuO Nanoparticles and their Effect on Biofilm Formation

Copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) were synthesized by two methods. The first was chemical method by using copper nitrate Cu (NO3)2 and NaOH, while the second was green method by using Eucalyptus camaldulensis leaves extract and Cu (NO3)2. These methods easily give a large scale production of CuO nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) reveals single phase monoclinic structure. The average crystalline size of CuO NPs was measured and used by Scherrer equation which found 44.06nm from chemical method, while the average crystalline size was found from green method was 27.2nm. The morphology analysis using atomic force microscopy showed that the grain size for CuO NPs was synthesized by chemical and green methods were 77.70 and 89.24
