هدف البحث إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية وبناء أنموذج للجامعة المنتجة ، باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي بواقع جولتين إذ عرضت أداة البحث على 30 خبير واعتمدت نسبة 93 %حد أدنى لقبول الفقرة ، واستنتجت الباحثة إن معظم الجامعات لا تتوافر لديها الموارد الكافية وبالتالي فان تبني مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة يمثل أسلوبا مناسبا لواقع التمويل في تلك الجامعات ، إذ أن هناك حاجة ماسة إلى تدعيم مصادر تمويل التعليم الجامعي بموارد إنتاجية تحصل منها الجامعة على نفقات في ظل تناقص الموارد المالية التقليدية ، أما أهم التوصيات فركزت على ضرورة الإفادة من تجارب بعض الجامعات العالمية والعربية في تطبيق مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة و استثمار المعرفة وتسويق النتاجات العلمية بما يحقق مصادر تمويلية إضافية ومتنوعة تسهم في تغطية العجز المالي كونها عوائد استثمارية مجزية للجامعة من ناحية وتنمية المشاريع كجزء أساسي من رسالتها من جهة أخرى ، أما من متطلبات الأنموذج ضرورة استحداث وظيفة جديدة للجامعة وهي وظيفة الإنتاج والتسويق) تسويق النتاجات العلمية ( ، و إعادة النظر في فلسفة التعليم العالي وأهدافه وممارساته وادخال تعديلات جوهرية على عناصره المختلفة إذا أريد أن يكون له دور فاعل في عملية التنمية . الكلمات المفتاحية:
