In this study, doped thin cadmium peroxide films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition with different doping concentrations of aluminium of 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt.% for CdO2(1-X)Al(X) and thicknesses in the range of 200 nm. XRD patterns suggest the presence of cubic CdO2 and the texture factor confirms that the (111) plane was the preferential growth plane, where the texture factor and the grain size decreased from 2.02 to 9.75 nm, respectively, in the pure sample to 1.88 and 5.65 nm, respectively, at a concentration of 0.5 wt%. For the predominant growth plane, the deviation of the diffraction angle Δθ and interplanar distance Δd from the standard magnitudes was 2.774° and 0.318 Å, respectively, for the pure sample decreased to − 2.633° and 0.301 Å for the largest doping concentration. The optical absorption was found to decrease with increasing doping concentration, where the changes in threshold wavelengths from the standard λ = 496 nm were blue shifted by Δλ = 142, 133, 128, and 152 nm, respectively, for the concentrations used. The occurrence of such blue shifts points to a widening of the band gap to Eg = 3.5, 3.4, 3.35, and 3.6 eV for concentrations of 0.0, 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt%, respectively.
This paper presents a hybrid genetic algorithm (hGA) for optimizing the maximum likelihood function ln(L(phi(1),theta(1)))of the mixed model ARMA(1,1). The presented hybrid genetic algorithm (hGA) couples two processes: the canonical genetic algorithm (cGA) composed of three main steps: selection, local recombination and mutation, with the local search algorithm represent by steepest descent algorithm (sDA) which is defined by three basic parameters: frequency, probability, and number of local search iterations. The experimental design is based on simulating the cGA, hGA, and sDA algorithms with different values of model parameters, and sample size(n). The study contains comparison among these algorithms depending on MSE value. One can conc

Also, cutaneous leishmaniasis is a zoonotic ailment transmitted through the bloodsucking sand-flies bite (belonging to the Phlebotomus genus). The disease's reservoirs included wild or semi-domesticated animals, in general rodents and dogs. Tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) is one of the extracellular matrix proteins that have a role in vessel wall degeneration and aneurysm development. In addition, it belongs to the zinc-dependent endopeptidases family that are involved in the degradation of connective tissues proteins which are included in vascular integrity maintenance. The Ge

It is further dedicated to know the influence of these features on his literature in the literary arena. After surveying his poetic texts and reading them according to the analytical and investigative methods, the art of the researcher was limited to the field of traditionalists. He was following the footsteps of the ancients by adhering to the traditional Arabic poetry style and the traditional poetic image. Despite that, he had his own imprints and unique style of interrogating times and places with its people, animals and plants. H

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, and on the good God and his righteous companions.

Our good predecessor took care of collecting what they were able to collect and arrange from the words of the prophecy issued by our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and wrote works on them including forms of support, parts, dictionaries, and mosques. This study falls within the core of the deliberative theory, as this research seeks to highlight the concept of dialogical imputation that is present in all the discourses received by the recipient, and that this is not limited to dialogues, and that is why it is called (deliberative imperative). This is in agreement with the deliberative and functional approach that sees literary discourse as a dialogical and fulfilling necessity, due to its attachment to artistic connotations and submerged meanings in the saying. The allotted obligation and its impact on determining the purposes: The specific implication represented an important axis of pragmatic research, and a major concern in the work of discourse analysis. Because of its great importa

Sodium silicate was used as a silica source. Eo20Po70Eo20 co-polymer was used as a template at highly acidic conditions (pH<2). The experiments were characterized using XRD, FTIR, AFM, BET, and FESEM. The XRD and FTIR tests indicated that the SBA-15 is amorphous and free from impurities. This recearch is about studying the novel (doorstep’s women) by the Iraqi
narrator Hadia Hussian, and I choose Semiolog as a Curriculum for this
critical approach, because I think that this Semiotic curriculum has the ability
to read the Subjects and the narrative constructions. Which form the structure
of the novel starting from the little to the characters.
The focus is on many narrative constructions in the novel we have
studied the semiology of the tittle, the semiology of the cover, of the color, the
names of the characters and the semiology of the female characters.
First the focus of the novel is on the women’s characters because most
of it’s characters are women. Secondly because these
Cervical ectropion is considered to be a physiologic condition caused by columnar epithelium migration from the cervical canal into the vaginal portion of the cervix and usually there is no treatement for clinically asymptomatic cervical ectropion . Treatment can be achieved by thermal cauterization (Electrocautery), Cryosurgery or laser vaporization. Aim of the study: To study the effectiveness of CO2 laser (10600nm) in treatment of symptomatic cervical ectropion . Setting: The study was carried out at Laser Medicine Research Clinic at the Institute of Laser for Postgraduate Studies, University of Baghdad between the first of August 2013 to the end of October 2013. Patients and Methods: Ten female Patients with age range between 25-48 y
