In spite of economic importance of sugar cane and sugar beet as they described as industrial crops they still face decreasing rates of production and productivity in Iraq , and their production was not able to satisfy the local industrial demands for sugar . Thus this study aimed at studying and analyzing, production and productivity of sugar cane and sugar beet in Iraq and this has been done by using non serial data that can be obtained from official offices in Iraq . Abstract:
Through the research, I have briefly discussed the life of Imam Ali and
indicated the interpretation of the Qur'an by language and terminology, the
importance and characteristics of Sahabas', may Allah be pleased with them,
interpretation of the Qur'an. Also, the sayings of Imam Ali, wich included the
explanatory interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qura'n, Sunnah, language, and
correct opinion. I have also indicated the reasons of the Quran's revelation
and the readings of the Qura'n that had been received from him including the
interpretive meaning these readings revealed. Finally, I concluded my
research with the most important results and recommends.

 The purpose of this paper is to recognize the impact of database levels on fields of banking service (provision of remittance services and transfer of funds, save financial deposits, provision of personal loans services) in some of Iraqi banks using one-way multivariate analysis of variance. The paper population consisted of (120) employees, then a random stratified sample of (104) employees was taken. A questionnaire paper consists of (24) items were designed in order to analyze by one-Way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) using SPSS.One of the main findings of the current paper is that there is an impact of database on fields of banking service in Iraqi banks (Al Rafidain and Al Rasheed).
