Lasmiditan (LAS) was formulated as a nanoemulsion based in situ gel (NEIG)with the aim of improving its oral bioavailability via application intranasally. Hybrid DWT-DCT compression algorithm is applied to compress the medical images by exploiting the features of both techniques.
