By- products of corn starch industry were used to prepare media for propagation the lactic acid bacteria as a natural auxotroph. The by- products used were the corn steep water (S) and gluten extract (G) after a proper treatment to get them ready for media preparation. The results showed that it was possible to replace the peptone and meat extract by gluten extract in MRS medium. The growth was approximately similar to that obtained in standard MRS media.             In this study, pure SnO₂ Nanoparticles doped with Cu were synthesized by a chemical precipitation method. Using SnCl₂.2H₂O, CuCl₂.2H₂O as raw materials, the materials were annealed at 550°C for 3 hours in order to improve crystallization. The XRD results showed that the samples crystallized in the tetragonal rutile type SnO₂ stage. Upstream impervious blanket is one of the methods used to control seepage through the dam foundations. Bennet's method is one of the commonly used methods to design an impervious upstream blanket. In this paper harmful phytoplankton and herbivorous zooplankton model with Hollimg type IV functional response is proposed and analyzed. The local stability analysis of the system is carried out. The global dynamics of the system is investigated with the help of the Lyapunov function. Finally, the analytical obtained results are supported with numerical simulation.

    In this work, we introduce Fibonacci– Halpern iterative scheme ( FH scheme) in partial ordered Banach space (POB space) for monotone total asymptotically non-expansive mapping (, MTAN mapping) that defined on weakly compact convex subset.  We also  discuss the results of weak and strong convergence for this scheme.

 Throughout  this work, compactness condition of m-th iterate  of the mapping for some natural m is necessary to ensure strong convergence, while Opial's condition has been employed to show weak convergence. Stability of FH scheme is also  studied. A numerical comparison is provided by an example to show that FH scheme is faster than Mann and Halpern iterative
