This research aims to identify the reality of Sino-Russian relations after 2013, and to study the most important motives and determinants that affected the nature of these relations. The research was based on the criterion of national interest in interpreting and understanding relations between China and Russia, on the basis that national interest is what determines the state of cooperation and dependence, or the state of competition and difference. The research was based on the hypothesis that Sino-Russian relations after 2013 witnessed many factors and variables, some of which represented motives for strengthening relations between the two countries, and others represented obstacles that limit the level of cooperation and interaction between them, which stem from the need of each country to meet

Many therapeutic methods used to encourage reparative processes of cartilage and accelerate their healing such as drugs, magneto-laser and so on. Twenty four adult New Zealand rabbits used in this study. They were divided in to two groups; control and treaded with He –Ne laser. A square skin flap done on the medial aspect of both auricles followed by pealing a square piece of cartilage from the auricle then the flaps sutured .The site of the operation in the rabbits of the treated group were irradiated with He –Ne laser 5mw power for seven days began after the operation directly. 3 rabbits from each group used for collection of specimens for histopathological examination at the 1, 2, 4 & 6 weeks post the operation. a defect that may lead to possible infection. A number of rabbits were irradiated using 980nm CW mode
diode laser, 0.86W power output for 9s and 15s exposure time. The irradiated groups were studied
histopathologically in comparison with a control group. Results showed that laser photothermal
coagulation was of benefit in minimizing the possibility of the incidence of postoperative complications.
The formation of the clot reduces the possibility of bleeding and infection.
