The amount of information on the web is growing rapidly and number of web sites
becomes huge, so set of web applications used to help user and give him some information
about these sites, especially in e- business, news and sites introduce services.
Since Web site is built by comparatively free description, it is difficult to perform
absolute evaluation. So, rating of Web site is performed from various viewpoints.
In this paper we proposed method for ranking and rating using the web service and java
script to motivation remote server and return some public information to the site user and
other private information to owner.

This research aims to study the effect of microwave furnace heat on the mechanical properties and fatigue life of aluminum alloy (AA 2024-T3). Four conditions were used inside microwave furnace (specimens subjected to heat as dry for 30 and 60min. and specimens subjected to heat as wet (water) for 30 and 60 min.), and compared all results with original alloy (AA 2024-T3). Tensile, fatigue, hardness and surface roughness tests were used in this investigation. It is found that hardness of dry conditions is higher than wet conditions and it increases with increasing of time duration inside microwave furnace for dry and wet conditions. Is in this research review of the way minimum absolute deviations values ​​based on linear programming method to estimate the parameters of simple linear regression model and give an overview of this model. We were modeling method deviations of the absolute values ​​proposed using a scale of dispersion and composition of a simple linear regression model based on the proposed measure. Object of the work is to find the capabilities of not affected by abnormal values by using numerical method and at the lowest possible recurrence.
