The strategies of knowledge management have became the basis in the promotion of core competencies. Therefore gained an increasing prominence. This led the administrations of organizations to work to effectiveness of there strategies, which results to build there core competences through teamwork, empowerment and personal effectiveness of employees. From this arises research problem about the  organizations leaders recognize extent of knowledge management strategies which that lead to core competence. A fracture is a damage to bone tissue that causes damage to the tissue surrounding the bone and may penetrate the skin. Subjects and methods: the present study included (80) fractured Iraqi patients (and 40) patients with DM2 and (40) without DM2 and compared them with (40) healthy control. Patients and control are matched in age. This study showed a significant increase in retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) and a considerable decrease in Vit .A GPT and GOT in fracture patients with and without DM2. In addition, there was a significant negative correlation between RBP4 with (GPT and GOT) in fracture patients with DM2 and a significant positive correlation between RBP4 with (GPT and GOT) in fracture patients without DM2.

For the first time MTX NPs+Meropenem complex were prepared and evaluated as a potential tool to overcome antimicrobial resistance and to improve pharmacokinetics of the drug, the results showed that the antibacterial activity of complex (MTX NPs plus MEM) has increased (from 1( µg/ml) to >0.5( µg/ml) for p1 , from 2( µg/ml) to 1( µg/ml) for p10 and from 8( µg/ml) to 4( µg/ml) for p48).
