To determine the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and skin disorders, sixty six patients who suffering from skin diseases include chronic urticarial (CU) and atopic dermatitis (AD) who attended at Dermatological Clinic/ Al-Numan Teaching Hospital from the beginning of October 2015 to the end of January 2016 with age (6-62) have been investigated and compared to twenty two samples of apparently healthy individuals were studied as control group. All the studied groups were subjected to measurement of antiHelicobacter pylori IgG antibodies by enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) and detection of 16S rRNA and CagA genes by using singleplex and multiplex PCR methods. The results of current study revealed that there was a highly significant elevation (P<0.01) in concentration of H. pylori IgG antibodies in sera of the CU and AD patients compared with control group, also the results revealed that there was a significant elevation (P<0.05) in concentration of H. pylori IgG antibodies in sera of the CU patients compared with control group, and significant elevation (P<0.05) in concentration of H. pylori IgG antibodies in sera of AD patients compared with control group. The results of present study indicated that 26(66.67%) patients out of 39 CU patients were positive for both of 16S rRNA and CagA genes, while 13(33.33%) patients out of 39 CU patients were negative for those genes. Also, the results revealed that 19(70.37%) patients out of 27 AD patients were positive for both of 16S rRNA and CagA genes, whereas only 8(29.62%) were negative for both those genes comparing with control group which showed 1(4.54%) individuals out of 22 apparently healthy individuals were positive for both 16S rRNA and CagA genes, the statistical analysis was highly significant (P<0.01).
Thin films of pure polycarbonate (PC) with anthracene doping PC films for different doping ratios (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 ml) were prepared by using a casting method. The influence of anthracene doping ratio on photo-fries rearrangement of polycarbonate was systematic investigated. Furthermore, pure PC and anthracene doping PC films were irradiated via UV light at a wavelength (254 nm) for different periods (5, 240, 288, and 360 hrs). Thin films of Nb2O5 have been successfully deposited using the DC reactive magnetron sputtering technique to manufacture NH3 gas sensors. These films have been annealed at a high temperature of 800°C for one hour. The Ligand was characterized by elemental micro analysis (C.H.N.S),(FT-IR) (UV- Vis) and (1Hi,13CNMR)spectra. Some transition metals complexes of this ligand were prepared and characterized by (FT-IR, UV-Vis) spectra conductivity measurements magnetic susceptibility and atomic absorption. From the obtained results the molecular formula of all complexes was suggested to be [M(MPB)2Cl2] (M+2i=Cu, Mn, Co ,Ni ,Zn ,Cd and Hg),the proposed geometrical structure for all complexes was an octahedral.

In this study, cadmium oxide (CdO) was deposited on glass bases by thermal chemical spraying technique at three concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 0.15) M and then was irradiated by CO2 laser with 10.6 μm wave length and 1W power. The results of the atomic force microscope AFM test showed that the surfaces of these CdO thin films were homogenous and that the laser irradiated effect resulted in decreasing the roughness of the surface as well as the heights of the granular peaks, indicating a greater uniformity and homogeneity of the surfaces. An experimental investigation of the variation of argon discharge current with a glow and afterglow time intervals of a square discharge voltage was carried out at low pressure (6-11 mbar). The discharge was created between two circular metal electrodes of diameter (7.5 cm), separated horizontally by a distance (10 cm) at the two ends of a Pyrex cylindrical tube. A composite of two Gaussian functions has been suggested to fit and explain the variation graphs clearly.
