The aim of the present work is the synthesis of new carbohydrate derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole from D-fructose . To obtain these derivatives, the diacetone fructose (1 ) was chosen as the starting material, which was obtained from the reaction of anhydrous fructose with dry acetone in presence of anhydrous ferric chloride. Oxidation of ( 1) with potassium permanganate in potassium hydroxide solution gave the acid ( 2). Esterification of the acid with dimethyl sulphate gave the methyl ester (3 ). Treatment of the methyl ester (3 ) with hydrazine hydrate gave the hydrazide (4 ), which is the desired Chiron. The hydrazide (4 ) was used for the preparation of 1,2,4-triazole-5-one (6 ) derivative. These compounds was synthesized by the intramolecular cyclization of the semicarbazide derivative ( 5), which was obtained from the reaction between the hydrazide ( 4) and phenylisocyanate. Alkylation of (6 ) with different alkyl halides give (6a,6b ). All the synthesized compounds were characterized by the following techniques : CHN analysis and FTIR spectra . The antibacterial activity for their compounds were studied against three selected micro-organisms Eschericha coli , Klebsiella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa .
A 3D Geological model was generated using an advanced geostatistical method for the Cretaceous reservoir in the Bai Hassan oil field. In this study, a 3D geological model was built based on data from four wells for the petrophysical property distribution of permeability, porosity, water saturation, and NTG by using Petrel 2021 software. The geological model was divided into a structural model and a property model. The subject of this research involves studying adsorption to removal herbicide Atlantis WG from aqueous solutions by bentonite clay. The equilibrium concentration have been determined spectra photometry by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The experimental equilibrium sorption data were analyzed by two widely, Langmuir and Freundlish isotherm models. Show MoreIn this work, the adsorption of crystal violet dye from aqueous solution on charcoal and rice husk has been investigated, where the impact of variable factors (contact time; the dosage of adsorbent, pH, temperature, and ionic strength) have been studied. It has been found that charcoal and rice husk have an appropriate adsorption limit with regards to the expulsion of crystal violet dye from fluid arrangements. The harmony adsorption is for all intents and purposes accomplished in 45 min for charcoal and 60 min for rice husk.
