Objectives: To assess the psychological adjustment of middle school students and to identify the relationship between differences in demographic characteristics and psychological adjustment.

This research deals with Amicus Curiae as one of the judicial procedures widely spread in many common law countries on the one hand, and civil law countries on the other hand, as well as regional and international courts. For achieving the research aim, the analytical and descriptive approach was chosen using a questionnaire tool for collecting data.  It covers 22 items; ten of them for the workplace respect variable and twelve items for the employee performance variable.
