BUILDING THE MEDIA MESSAGE AND DESIGNING IT THROUGH INFOGRAPHICS

The study aims to identify how to build the media message in an artistic design style (infographic) to reach the mechanism of building the media message by infographic in the researched news sites. For the survey method, which is one of the best methods used to study the subject of the research, the researcher used the method of content analysis, the employee of the research tool, a quantitative and qualitative content analysis form for the study of 74 infographics that appeared during the research period in the research sample sites. The study revealed a number of results, most notably 1. The surveyed sites employed the information in a manner based on images, shapes and data, that is, through the use of the visual element and the readable element in the infographic. 2. The diversity of methods of displaying the content in the infographic presented on the researched sites between the use of texts, numbers, shapes, symbols, pictures, drawings and maps for both sites of Al-Quds Al-Arabi and Russia Today, while Alsumaria News did not employ drawings and maps in the method of displaying information. 3. The diversity of the artistic effects used between kinetic and sound effects in the research sample, some of which came directly, as is the case on the Alsumaria News website, and some were in a suggestive kinetic style, as in the Al-Quds Al-Arabi website and the Russia Today website through the employment of colors, which suggests movement, which helps the reader to know The direction of reading is towards the required information. Optimization of Lovastatin Production from A Local Isolate of Aspergillus terreus A50 in Solid State Fermentation by Classical and Statistical Methods

Lovastatin is one of the most important compounds that is produced from some filamentous fungi, being employed in the reduction of hypocholesterolemia. The results of screening, after the collection of seventy-three local fungal isolates from different areas, demonstrated that the local isolate Aspergillus terreus A50 was the best isolate for lovastatin production, with a concentration of 12.66 µg/ml, through the submerged fermentation. Lovastatin produced from A. terreus A50 showed antimicrobial activities against a Candida albicans isolate. Detection, purification and characterization of a bacteriocin produced by Bacillus subtilis NK16 exhibits a significant antimicrobial activity against clinical Staphylococcus spp.

Fifty isolates of Bacillus sp were collected from different soil samples which were already recognized via morphological and biochemical identification process.
