A number of juices, jams, canned foods and frozen fishes available in local markets were inspected with respect to microbial contamination. We have determined the total viable bacterial cell counts in these samples and the number of g(-) lactose fermentors as a bacterial indicator of food spoilage. The results indicated that most of the food items inspected, were contaminated with large numbers of different species of g(-) ,g(+), yeast and fungi and some were contained more than the maximum permissible number of pathogenic g(-) enteric E-coli, which render these food items unsafe for human consumption.

This paper presents the application of nonlinear finite element models in the analysis of dappedends pre-stressed reinforced concrete girders under static loading by using ANSYS software. The girder dimensions are (4.90 m span, 0.40 m depth, 0.20 m width, 0.20 m nib depth, and 0.10 m nib length) and the parameters considered in this research are the pre-stress effect, and strand profile (straight and draped). The numerical results are compared with the experimental results of the same girders. The comparisons are carried out in terms of initial prestress effect, load- deflection curve, and failure load. يسعى هذا البحث الى تقديم اطار عملي ونظري حول موضوع "تأثير الاقتصاد المنزلي في تعزيز الاداء العالي" وتم اختبار مخطط الدراسة الفرضي في القطاع التعليمي الحكومي في محافظة البصرة ,ويتضمن عدد من تشكيلات الجامعة التقنية الجنوبية. واستخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية كأسلوب لجمع البيانات للدراسة وكان حجم العينة114 موظف. وقد استخدمت عدد من الاساليب الاحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. واظهرت النتائج بأن هناك تأثير ايج
