The study was enriched by examining (Islamic Sharia’s position on the phenomenon of bullying) becausee bullying is a recurring aggressive behavior that Is one of the types of violence directed by a person or group of prsons; With the intent of deliberately harming and offending anotherr person or group of persons, It has several verbal, physical, electronIc or other formsforms Bullies may follow a policy of Ientimidation or intimidation, as well as ridicule; In order to belittle the victim .The study aims to know the Islamic Sharia ruling on bullying as a modern term for a content that Is as old as man, and the study reached several results, Including: Islam’s affirmation of the prohibition of this phenomenon In word, deed and gesture, and its urging on the principle of human equality in rights and duties, and this Is what explains the criminalization of Islam And the prohibition of harm and abuse of all kinds.
This study aims at identifying how Baghdad Municipality employs public relations in law enforcement operations and the role played by the Municipality in communication and communicating with the public, raising their awareness and educating them to not abuse public property. In this paper ,the problem of point estimation for the two parameters of logistic distribution has been investigated using simulation technique. The rank sampling set estimator method which is one of the Non_Baysian procedure and Lindley approximation estimator method which is one of the Baysian method were used to estimate the parameters of logistic distribution. Comparing between these two mentioned methods by employing mean square error measure and mean absolute percentage error measure .At last simulation technique used to generate many number of samples sizes to compare between these methods.

Tensile strength is a critical property of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavements and is closely related to distresses such as fatigue cracking. This study aims to evaluate methods for assessing fatigue cracking in Asphalt Concrete (AC) mixes. In order to achieve optimum density at different binder contents, the mixes were compressed using a gyratory compactor. Tensile strength was assessed using the Indirect Tensile (IDT) and Semi-Circular Bend (SCB) tests. The results showed that the tensile strength measured by the SCB test was consistently higher than that measured by the IDT test at 25 °C. Mineralization rates were determined as a function of phenol concentration, contact time, pH, power density, and type of ultrasonic generator. Results revealed that sonochemical degradation of the phenol conversion was enhanced at increased applied power densities and acidic conditions.
