Physiological status and litter size can indeed have a significant impact on ewes' hematological parameters, which are essential indicators of their health. Therefore, this study examined the hematological profiles of ewes during pregnancy with single and twins in the Awassi ewes. The present study involved 232 ewes in good health and at sexual maturity. Among them, 123 ewes had single pregnancies, while 109 ewes had twin pregnancies. The age range of the ewes included in the study was between 3.5 and 4.5 years. Hematological tests were conducted on the sheep's blood samples promptly following collection. The findings demonstrated variations in hematological parameters among pregnant ewes, with differences based on litter size. Ewes carrying twin pregnancies exhibited significantly higher levels of red blood corpuscular, hemoglobin, packed cell volume, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration during pregnancy. In comparison to single-pregnant ewes, Awassi ewes with twin pregnancies displayed elevated counts of white blood cells, lymphocytes, granulocytes, and granulocyte percentage compared to ewes with single pregnancies. Awassi ewes with twin pregnancies also exhibited a strong positive correlation with the leukocytes and erythrocytes constituents. In conclusion, these findings indicate that litter size significantly influences hematological parameters, highlighting the importance of considering the physiological status and litter size as indicators of ewes' health. The findings have practical implications in sheep breeding and reproduction, as they can be utilized to enhance the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of related conditions.
Hundreds of infrastructure investment projects are inserted into the Iraqi government budget annually. Many of these projects suffer from suspension, delay in completion, corruption, or other negative issues known in Iraqi construction projects. This may harm the country's economic recovery due to allocating funds to useless projects from one or more feasibility studies' components. Therefore, the best solution is to pay attention to the feasibility study reports. This study highlights the importance of feasibility studies reports for investment projects and their effective role in evaluating project ideas to ensure an equitable distribution of a country's financial resources to the most feasible investment projects. This importance

From this point of view and because the near open sets play a very important role in general topology and they are now the research topics of many topologists worldwide and its sets doesn’t enter in fibrewise topology yet. Therefore, we use some of the near open sets to be model for introduce results and new spaces in fibrewise topological spaces. Also, there is a very important role of closure operators in constructing a topological spaces, so we introduce a new closure operators on the power set of vertices on graphs and conclusion theorems and new spaces from it. Furthermore, we discuss the relationships of connectedness between some ty

Show MoreIn-situ gelation is a process of gel formation at the site of application, in which a drug product formulation that exists as a liquid has been transformed into a gel upon contact with body fluids. As a drug delivery agent, the in-situ gel has an advantage of providing sustained release of the drug agent. In-situ gelling liquid suppositories using poloxamer 188 (26-30% W/W) as a suppository base with 10% W/W naproxen were prepared, the gelation temperature of these preparations were measured and they were all above the physiological temperature. Additives such as polyvinylpyrrolidin "PVP" ,hydroxylpropylmethylcellulose "HPMC", sodium alginate and sodium chloride were used in concentration ranging from (0.25-1

The study aims to scrutinize serum levels of VEGF and sVEGFR-1 in a sample of Iraqi diabetic nephropathy patients to support their reliability as markers for the prediction of nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients as well as to assess the ACE inhibitor’s effect on the levels of these two markers. This paper presents a new Azo dye that was prepared from the reaction of the Benzene-1,2-diamine and 1-(2,4,6-Trihydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone, Azo dye was used to prepare a new series of complexes with general formula: [Co2(H4L) Cl2(H2O)4] and [M2(H4L)Cl4(H2O)2] (M= Cr+3, Fe+3,Rh+3 and Ru+3). The prepared materials were different measurements including to infrared, ultraviolet-visible, and mass spectrometry, as well as thermo gravimetric analysis, differential calorimetry, and elemental analysis. Conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal content, and chlorine content of the complexes were also assessed. The complexes prepared from the dye were used to determine their ability to inhibit free radicals by measuring their antioxidant capacity us
