A new method presented in this work to detect the existence of hidden

data as a secret message in images. This method must be applyied only on images which have the same visible properties (similar in perspective) where the human eyes cannot detect the difference between them.

This method is based on Image Quality Metrics (Structural Contents

Metric), which means the comparison between the original images and stego images, and determines the size ofthe hidden data. We applied the method to four different images, we detect by this method the hidden data and  find exactly the same size of the hidden data.

     Bimetallic Au –Pt catalysts supporting TiO₂ were synthesised using two methods; sol immobilization and impregnation methods. The prepared catalyst underwent a thermal treatment process at 400^◦ C, while the reduction reaction under the same condition was done and the obtained catalysts were identified with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). A new de-blurring technique was proposed in order to reduced or remove the blur in the images. The proposed filter was designed from the Lagrange interpolation calculation with adjusted by fuzzy rules and supported by wavelet decomposing technique. The proposed Wavelet Lagrange Fuzzy filter gives good results for fully and partially blurring region in images.

The study attempted to present a conceptual aspect of banking merger and logistic regression, as well as the applied aspect which includes a sample consisting of six private Iraqi banks, and the hypothesis of the study is that the promotion of mergers among banks has positive impacts on improving the efficiency of performance of troubled banks, which contributes to the increase of banking services, raise of their financial indicators and the high liquidity and profits of the new banking entity as it is a way to overcome the prevailing banking crises.
