A new approach and the developed FIA technique with many advantages (economic, fast, simple, accurate, and high throughput) are used to determine the decongestant drugs (Phenylephrine.HCl, Oxymetazoline.HCl) in biological samples, pharmaceutical formulations, and pure samples via continuous flow injection technique by oxidative coupling reaction, where the method depends on the interaction of the decongestant drug with organic reagents to produce colored compounds, where Phenylephrine reacts with 4-AAP at λ_max503 nm to produce a red compound, and the Beer’s law range of 10-600 μg.mL^-1 .        The present study was performed to spotlight the potential role of soil bacteria in the Al-Rumaila oil field as a bioindicator of heavy metals pollution. For this purpose, nine soil samples were collected from different sites, with 20cm depth, to assess the pollution status depending on the total and available concentrations of heavy metals.  The result indicates pollution of the studied soils with the following metals: Cd, Cu, Fe, Zn, and Pb. The present study provides a new insight into valuable information on the diverse structure of the Anisakid population and discusses the limited species richness in the Nemipterus japonicus (Bloch,1791) (Perciformes, Nemiperidae). The fishing area consists of various locations in the Arabian Gulf (29°58 0 33 00 N48°28 0 20 E). A total of 315 marine fish were examined, (n=287) were infected.
