Upstream impervious blanket is one of the methods used to control seepage through the dam foundations. Bennet's method is one of the commonly used methods to design an impervious upstream blanket. In this work, the switching dynamics of a Fabry-Perot etalon were analyzed in term of effective time constant, which changes dramatically near the switching points. The switch-ON and switch-OFF have been analyzed numerically using a modified Debye dynamic equation. The method used to determine the solution of the Debye relaxation equations solved numerically to predict the behavior of the etalon for modulated input power.

Three hundred Iraqi people participated in demographic and attitudes study about red and white meat consumption. The mean age of the participants was 50 SD ± 11 years (mean 30-72); 51% were females and 49% males, mostly in forties who lived ≥ 5 years in Baghdad. The results showed that 80% of individuals prefer red meat. A 90% of people prefer fresh meat compared to frozen and processed meat. A 60% of people buy meat from popular markets.
