Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) is a novel virus belongs to the corona virus's family. It spreads very quickly and causes many deaths around the world. The early diagnosis of the disease can help in providing the proper therapy and saving the humans' life. However, it founded that the diagnosis of chest radiography can give an indicator of coronavirus. Thus, a Corner-based Weber Local Descriptor (CWLD) for COVID-19 diagnostics based on chest X-Ray image analysis is presented in this article. The histogram of Weber differential excitation and gradient orientation of the local regions surrounding points of interest are proposed to represent the patterns of the chest X-Ray image. The aim of study To purify GPCR from a local strain of S. cerevisiae using Ion exchange and gel filtration chromatography techniques , by packing materials for columns which will be chosen of low cost comparing to the already used in published researches, which depend on the costly affinity chromatography and other expensive methods of purification. The optimum conditions for the production of neutral protease from local strain Aspergillus niger var carbonarius by solid – state fermentation system (Wheat bran) moisted with 0.2 M phosphate buffer (PH7.0) . the hydration ratio was 1:5 (V:W) . the concentration of inoculum was 1×106 spores per 10 gram of solid materials , initial P H 6.5 and 96 hours of incubation period at 30? The parasite tapeworm (Raillietina echinobothrida) belonges to the class Cestoda, it is responsible for nodular tapeworm disease in poultry .The aim of this study was to determine tapeworm parasites infections in Columba livia from two markets in the province of Baghdad for the period from May to December 2014. From a total of thirty five sample of Columba livia were randomly selected and then examined the elementary canal of these samples. The present study showed that the collected rock pigeon were found six infected with the cestode Raillietina echinobothrida with infection rate (17.14%). The statistical analysis for the characters of the cestode showed significant differences in all recipes, but there were no significant difference
