The mixed-spin ferrimagnetic Ising system consists of two-dimensional sublattices A and B with spin values and respectively .By used the mean-field approximation MFA of Ising model to find magnetism( ).In order to determined the best stabile magnetism , Gibbs free energy employ a variational method based on the Bogoliubov inequality .The ground-state (Phase diagram) structure of our system can easily be determined at , we find six phases with different spins values depend on the effect of a single-ion anisotropies .these lead to determined the second , first orders transition ,and the tricritical points as well as the compensation phenomenon .

A special methodology for adding a watermark for colored (RGB) image is formed and adding the wavelet transform as a tool during this paper. The watermark is added into two components. The radial wave functions of the cosh potential within the three-body model of (Core+ 2n) have been employed to investigate the ground state properties such as the proton, neutron and matter densities and the associated rms radii of neutron-rich 6He, 11Li, 14Be, and 17B exotic nuclei. The density distributions of the core and two valence (halo) neutrons are described by the radial wave functions of the cosh potential. The obtained results provide the halo structure of the above exotic nuclei. Elastic electron scattering form factors of these halo nuclei are studied by the plane-wave Born approximation.

In this research , Aprocess ( LICVD) was used for producing silicon nitride powders with chemical compositon Si3N4 ,by using TEA-Co2 Laser to induc reaction in the gas phase,  NH3 was used as on additive to SiH4. Reactant gases that were vibrationaly heated by absorbing energy emitted from TEA-Co2 Laser decomposes throug coillsion assisted multiple photon dissociation causing Si3N4 powders. By the dependence of the LICVD process  on  varios parameters such as Laser intensity , total gas pressure, partial pressures of SiH4 and NH3 were investigated.
