This research aims to prepare exercises of varying resistances and muscular work exchange for 200m freestyle swimmers, in addition to these exercises’ effects on physical adequacy and the time needed to complete this distance. The experimental method is the basis for the design of the experimental group and the control group of a 100% intentionally chosen sample from a community of elite-youth swimmers of 200m freestyle swimming for the sport season of 2020-2021 at the Police Sports Club. The sample consists of 15 swimmers that were divided, randomly, into two groups; 7 of them in the experimental group while 8 were in the control group. Physical adequacy was calculated with the use of swimmers’ mechanical energy measurements while they were on the treadmill. This was done to measure the kinetic energy by fixing the potential energy and in order to measure the kinetic energy from the calories measurements by linking the Fitmate Pro device’ system. The following equation was applied: physical adequacy = mechanical energy\kinetic energy. Exercises’ preparation relies on resistance’ quantity graduation and diversification in every instrument within these exercises. This was achieved by two methods of periodic, intensity elevated, and repetitive training with the addition of applying this procedure for 10 consecutive-training weeks at the rate of 3 units each off day within the same-training week. In each training unit, there were 4 quick movement exercises. After the previously mentioned was done, the data was processed by the use of the SPSS program in order for the conclusions and applications of this research to demonstrate the helpful quality of these exercises, of varying resistances and muscular work exchange, in the development of the level of physical adequacy and the improvement of the period needed to complete the 200m distance for the elite-youth swimmers. It is of the utmost importance to support the knowledge of coaches on how to utilize the laws of physics to help them affect the energy-producing chemical processes in swimmers. Furthermore, it is vital to account for the muscular contractions and their direction, in swimmers, whenever the employment of resistances is involved. This enables swimmers to overcome the circumstances of the race at maximum speed; avoiding negative side effects, when the quantity of these resistances rises, on the decrease of the speed of completion.
Both methotrexate and vitamin D3 are used in combination for the treatment of various diseases. The aim of this study is to highlight the effect of vitamin D3 on methotrexate-induced jejunum damage using biochemical and histopathological studies. Seven groups of both sexes of rats were selected and treated as follows: (Group I and Group II) : control 1,control 2 (I.P normal saline) daily for 14 and 21 days respectively ; (Group III and Group IV) :vitamin D3 groups (500 IU/rat/day) orally for 14 and 21 days, respectively;(Group V): once daily dose of methotrexate 20mg/kg, I.P injected for 4 days;(Group VI):vitamin D3 (500 IU/rat/day) once daily for 14 days and methotrexate (20 mg/kg I.P) injected only at day 10;.(Group VII) vit

The aim is to determine the incidence, etiological causes, and risk factors associated with neonatal seizures.Patients and Methods: This prospective case-control study was conducted over eight months, from January 1 to August 31, 2022, the study was conducted at the neonatal care unit of Children Welfare Teaching Hospital. Neonates who developed clinically recognizable seizures before 28 days of life in term infants, or up to 44 weeks corrected gestational age in preterm infants, were included. The effects of gate dielectrics thickness on the device performance were investigated. The thickness of the two gate dielectric materials was in the range of 100-200nm to maintain a large current density and stable performance. MATLAB simulation demonstrated for model simulation results in terms of output and transfer characteristics for drain current and the transconductance. The layer thickness of 200nm may result in gate leakage current points to the requirement of optimizing the t

The present study investigated the impact of Red clover oil on bone healing in rats by histomorphometric study. Materials and Methods: Intra bony defect was performed in right femur of thirty six healthy male albino rats. Then these rats were randomly divided into three groups (12 rats each): one control and 2 experimental groups. For control, the bony defect was left for normal healing; for the experimental (S) group, the defect was treated with hemostatic absorbable gelatin sponge; and for experimental (RS) group, the bony defect was treated with 0.2 ml red

This research addresses the concept of air pollution, its causes, and its danger, and sheds light on the influence of climate elements on environmental pollution and the effect of temperature, rain, humidity, wind direction and speed, and atmospheric pressure on the increase or decrease of air pollution. This research discusses the sources of air pollution, including natural ones, including dust, smoke resulting from fires, erupting volcanoes, and others, including those resulting from human uses such as the use of fuel and others. An experimental and numerical study was conducted in order to investigate the shear strength of ordinary reinforced and partially prestressed full scale (T-section) deep beams that contain large web openings in order to investigate the prestressing existence effects on the deep beam responses and to better understand the effects of prestressing locations and opening depth to beam depth ratio on the deep beam performance and b

This study investigated the effects of agroforestry buffers (AB), grass buffers (GB), and biofuel crops (BC), relative to row crops (RC) on soil water use for a claypan soil in northern Missouri, USA. The experiment located at the Greenley Memorial Research Center included RC, AB, GB, and BC established in 1991, 1997, 1997, and 2012, respectively. Soil water reflectometer sensors installed at 5‐, 10‐, 20‐, and 40‐cm depths monitored soil water from April to November in 2017 and 2018. Results showed significant differences in weekly volumetric water content (VWC) among treatments for all fou
