The Effect of Combined Exercises Using Multi-shape Training Cones on Developing Agility, Motor Speed, and Defensive Movement in Basketball Players Under 18 Years

This research overcomes traditional training methodologies, which struggle to incorporate multidirectional movement patterns representative most game-play scenarios. We used a controlled experimental design (n = 24) with subjects presented in an experimental group, which underwent a structured agility and reaction-based training program, and a control group, which continued with conventional basketball training programs.
