     This paper proposed several approaches for estimating the optical turbulence of the Earth’s atmosphere and their effect on solar images’ resolution using ground-based telescopes based on von Kárman, Kolmogorov, and modified von Kárman PSDs models. The results showed a strong correlation coefficient for the modified von Kármán model of atmospheric representation. Amino acids are the basic building block for peptides and proteins. They are raw materials for generating hormones, purines, pyrimidines and vitamins. Amino acids also provide the body with energy through their carbon structures. The study analyzed the amino acid in the kidneys of the albino mice embryo at 17 and 19 gestation days, using a high-performance liquid chromatography device (HPLC). This paper deals with the estimation of the stress strength reliability for a component which has a strength that is independent on opposite lower and upper bound stresses, when the stresses and strength follow Inverse Kumaraswamy Distribution. D estimation approaches were applied, namely the maximum likelihood, moment, and shrinkage methods.
