The aim of the current research is to construct a scale of emotional adjustment for kindergarten children and to set a standard for its evaluation. To achieve this, a scale consisting of (19) items was prepared. In this work, a new definition of the concept of a cubic bipolar-ideal under homomorphism in a TM-algebra is introduced. Some important theorems are presented. The notion of Cartesian product for cubic bipolar-ideals and cubic bipolar T-ideals is studied. Also, several properties of the Cartesian product for cubic bipolar-ideals are investigated. Furthermore, the level subsets of the Cartesian product of two cubic bipolar-ideals are defined.

Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is a primary immunodeficiency disorder that is either X-linked or autosomal recessive and is characterized by recurrent infections. The diagnosis is primarily based on the nitroblue tetrazolium dye reduction test. Here, we present the case of a 28-year-old pregnant woman with CGD who was diagnosed before marriage and who presented with recurrent subcutaneous skin and ocular infections. Following treatment with multiple antibacterial agents, including meropenem, her infections resolved, and she gave birth to a healthy baby girl at term.
