Two simple methods spectrophotometric were suggested for the determination of Cefixime (CFX) in pure form and pharmaceutical preparation. The first method is based without cloud point (CPE) on diazotization of the Cefixime drug by sodium nitrite at 5Cº followed by coupling with ortho nitro phenol in basic medium to form orange colour. The product was stabilized and measured 400 nm. In this work, a Radio Emission Background at 1.42 GHz; 21 cm Hydrogen line is carried out by using a 3-meter radio telescope, these telescope is placed on the roof of the building the Astronomy and Space Department at the college of Science, University of Baghdad. Background spectrometry files were received and arranged with a schedule of minimum observation time with span in (GHz). In this work, an observation program was set up to identify some variables related to the telescope and its study, including span, sweep time and central frequency using (MATLAB 2013 software) by reading four files which were selected from the dataset and in different observation times and different span.

In this study, the effect of pumping power on the conversion efficiency of nonlinear crystal (KTP) was investigated using laser pump-power technique. The results showed that the higher the pumping power values, the greater the conversion efficiency (η) and, as the crystal thickness increases within limitations, the energy conversion efficiency increases at delay time of (0.333 ns) and at room temperature. Efficiency of 80% at length of KTP crystal (L = 1.75 X 10^-3 m) and P_in = 28MW, and also, compare the experimental results with numerical results by using MATLAB program.
