the history of the Scouting movement reflects the global social cultural and technological change over more than a century. scouting aims to develop young people worldwide through educational programs based on specific principles and values. in arab countries, the scouting movement is considered one of the most important platforms contributing to developing young people and enhancing their rule. positive in society, began with the establishment of the first Scout camp in the region and witnessed great growth and prosperity over the decades the research reveals the historical roots and development of the scout movement in the leading arab countries and analyzes the positive impact of scout movement in the leading arab countries on the development of the youth and society in light of the challenges it experienced during it heuristical development. the most important conclusion came: scouting movements in the leading arab countries have contributed by being a source of learning, development, and character-building since the establishment of their first scouting camps in 1913 in Mount Lebanon. these beginning and spread represented an important initiative toward providing comprehensive development opportunities for young people, and the scouting movement in the leading arab countries also sought since its inception, it has aimed to transmit and strengthen the principles of the world scout movement, represented in ideal values and morals such as tolerance, justice, respect and responsibility, and to form a generation of young people with high morals.

In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher constructed the social loafing scale, which she applied to kindergarten teachers. The scale consists of (22) paragraphs. It has good credibility and stability. The coefficient of stability (85.0) was the retest method and (81.0) Alpha Cronbach equation. A detailed investigation of the calcareous nannofossils led to the identification of twenty-four species. This study investigates the Linguistic and Conceptual equivalence of Conner’s Revised Scales when applied on a Sudanese sample. Sudanese parents and teachers completed behavior-rating scales on a stratified sample of 200 children. These instruments were based on Conner’s parent -48 and teacher-28 questionnaires. Following a reliable translation into Sudanese Arabic the test-retest reliability of the items and the internal consistency of the original Conner’s' revised scales were explored.
