Darcy-Weisbach (D-W) is a typical resistance equation in pressured flow; however, some academics and engineers prefer Hazen-Williams (H-W) for assessing water distribution networks. The main difference is that the (D-W) friction factor changes with the Reynolds number, while the (H-W) coefficient is a constant value for a certain material. This study uses WaterGEMS CONNECT Edition update 1 to find an empirical relation between the (H-W) and (H-W) equations for two 400 mm and 500 mm pipe systems. The hydraulic model was done, and two scenarios were applied by changing the (H-W) coefficient to show the difference in results of head loss. The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Clarity and Visual Ratios of the Vibrant Place Making

A polycrystalline CdSe thin films doped with (5wt%) of Cu was fabricated using vacuum evaporation technique in the substrate temperature range(Ts=RT-250)oC on glass substrates of the thickness(0.8?m). The structure of these films are determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The X-ray diffraction studies shows that the structure is polycrystalline with hexagonal structure, and there are strong peaks at the direction (200) at (Ts=RT-150) oC, while at higher substrate temperature(Ts=150-250) oC the structure is single crystal. The optical properties as a function of Ts were studied.
