the history of the Scouting movement reflects the global social cultural and technological change over more than a century. scouting aims to develop young people worldwide through educational programs based on specific principles and values. in arab countries, the scouting movement is considered one of the most important platforms contributing to developing young people and enhancing their rule. positive in society, began with the establishment of the first Scout camp in the region and witnessed great growth and prosperity over the decades the research reveals the historical roots and development of the scout movement in the leading arab countries and analyzes the positive impact of scout movement in the leading arab countries on the development of the youth and society in light of the challenges it experienced during it heuristical development. the most important conclusion came: scouting movements in the leading arab countries have contributed by being a source of learning, development, and character-building since the establishment of their first scouting camps in 1913 in Mount Lebanon. these beginning and spread represented an important initiative toward providing comprehensive development opportunities for young people, and the scouting movement in the leading arab countries also sought since its inception, it has aimed to transmit and strengthen the principles of the world scout movement, represented in ideal values and morals such as tolerance, justice, respect and responsibility, and to form a generation of young people with high morals.
The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of thinking skills in developing the life skills of the students of the first Academic year, particularly the differences in life skills according to the variable of study specialization (human-scientific). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of six thinking hats on creative thinking among 10th grade female students in Tulkarm district. The sample comprises two sections of 10th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally.
