The present study reports Morchella conica Pers.1818, which belongs to the family, Morchellaceae as a new record of Iraqi macromycota based on the morphological and molecular methods. During their short and often sporadic fruiting season, this fungal species was found in mixed forest unburned areas in Branan ranges (Suliamaniya Province, Northeast Iraq). Currently, M. conica is the second Morchella species reported from Iraq. The current study aimed to introduce this new record, which is poorly studied in the Middle East. The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors. We present a case of dizygotic diamiontic twin pregnancy in which one fetus was normal with normal placenta, the 2nd fetus was normal appearing with partial molar placenta. All required investigation and clinical assessments were carried out and revealing partial molar pregnancy in one fetus and normal placenta of the other one. Maternal BhCG was high for  gestational age.The patient was a 31-year-old presented to Central Private Hospital; her gestational age was 22 weeks +5 days following IVF (after 10 years of primary infertility) of diazygotic diamiontic twin pregnancy as a case of vaginal bleeding from 8 weeks of gestation with uterine contractions.

The study included gross morphology and pollen of plants – which collected during field trips , and dry ones for most specimen preserved with the Iraqi herbaria – related to the genus Lycopus L. , and to identify the unidentified species and rectify the error there in , so according to that the species L. europaeus L. only were specified for the genus . Through this work the varity L. europaeus var. glabrescens Schmidely were found at the first time , and suggested to record anew for Iraq .
